This place is great, and has great amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and delicious dining options. During my first stay, the staff helped me find dining places, and I've always appreciated their friendly service. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Beautiful grounds and very relaxiing atmosphere!
Very small rooms for the price, very noisy rooms due to the doors banging in the building. Needed better information as a new traveller to the area as to what was around to visit and see.

The concept, the location and the service quality were excellent.
We didn't like the kitchen. It was designed as gourmet kitchen but it was not. The tastes were so ordinary... Ordinary tastes, limited alternatives in the menu and high prices...

Beautiful grounds with fine views of the Chianti Hills made for a picturesque setting.
Service at the pool area was disappointing, with long wait times for drinks often served in plastic glasses.

The place is amazin, the views are fine and the staff are super nice! Breakfast was really good and the pool area is just so chill. I loved seein the animals around the hotel and the gardens looked beautiful. We even got to taste some local wine and it was really good!
dinner service was a bit slow and the wine tour was kinda pricey for what we got.

Quick review for busy people
Staying here was a dream. Luxurious rooms with modern amenities and fine views. The dining options were great, especially the Michelin-starred restaurant. Despite limited casual dining hours, the overall charm and service made it worthwhile. Don't miss the amazing sunrises over the Tuscan landscape, enchanting!

missingWrote a review on 10 Augslow service
Service quality during dining felt off. Wait times at the pool and breakfast often stretched too long, and drinks were sometimes served in plastic glasses. The room, although spacious, lacked some standard amenities, like coffee service, that many might expect. Navigating around required a car, as venturing offsite necessitated expensive taxi fares that added up quickly.

Recommended for couples seeking romance
The grounds are just beautiful, with plenty of blooming plants and grape arbors everywhere, reminded me of a scene from a movie. One evening at dinner, our waitress was really attentive, even brought us an extra bottle of wine when she noticed we were enjoying it too much.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience made it acceptable.

Staying at the Borgo in Castelnuovo Berardenga was a good experience. The old bakery room offered comfort and modern amenities, while the view of sunrise over the Tuscan fields captivated us. Dinner at Osteria del Grigio featured excellent service and exquisite food, especially the bistecca alla fiorentina.

Nice rooms and great views from the hotel. the staff offered some good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Nice spa facilities to relax and enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.
The service was terrible during our Christmas stay. Staff was rude and uninterested in helping us with our requests.
